I had once tasted Koki in a resturant and liked it very much. This one is a modified version which i had experimented and came out quite well
Ingredients
1 bowl of grated/crushed Cabbage (You can use a mixer to crush it)
1/2 bowl of grated/crushed onions
5-6 green chilles
2 bowls of Wheat Flour
1/4 tea spoon turmeric
1/2 tea spoon jeera
salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well to make a soft dough. Be carefull while adding water as cabbage and onion will leave some water of their own.
2. Take a small bowl and roll it into a thin chapati.
3. Put it onto a hot tawa.
4. Let it cook on a slow to medium flame. Apply oil on both the sides.
5. Once its golden brown on both the sides take it out.
6. Serve hot with butter and curd.
Nice one...
