Tangy Tomato Capsicum Bhaaji

Ingredients
2 Capsicums
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
1/4 tea spoon mirchi powder
1 table spoon oil
salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon Sugar
2 table spoon Tomato Ketchup

Method
1. Cut the capsicums, tomatoes and Onions in length.
2. Take a kadhai and heat the oil in it
3. Add the onions and cook till they are soft
4. Add the capsicums and tomatoes and mix well
5. Add salt, sugar and mirchi powder to it and mix well.
6. Cover with lid and let it cook or 3-4 min.
7. Once the Capsicum is cooked add the tomato ketchup and mix it well.
8. Cook for another 1-2 min stirring it at regular intervals
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves or we can also use Oregano.
10. It can be served with Rotis or you can also make a Roti Wrap with it (it will be loved by children)
