Sweet and Tangy Watermelon Curry


This sweet and tangy watermelon curry is a must try. You can also eat it during Fasting. 

Ingredients

1 bowl of water melon (de seeded) pieces
1 bowl of water melon juice
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 coriander powder
1/2 cumin seeds
few curry leaves
2 green chilies
1 lemon
1 tbsp Ghee
salt to taste.


Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
2. Once they crackle, add the chopped green chilies and curry leaves.
3. Add the watermelon juice along with all the seasonings.
4. Boil for 2 min and now add the water melon pieces.
5. Simmer for another 2 mins.
6. Close the flame and add the lemon juice to it.
7. Garnish with coriander and chopped green chilies. Your jhatpat watermelon curry is ready to eat...!!
