Tofu made from soybean milk is very rich in protein.This is a very healthy and delicious recipe that makes use of tofu and vegetables. Very easy and jhatpat to make. Can be a perfect dinner on days when you want to eat something different.
Ingredients
200 gms Tofu
1 bowl of mixed vegetables (french beans, tomato, onion)
1/2 bowl Besan
1/2 bowl Suji (rawa)
1 tbsp Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder
salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method
1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces
2. Crush the tofu into very small pieces.
3. Now in a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a batter of pancake consistency.
4. Now take a frying pan and grease with some oil.
5. Take a large spoonful of batter and spread to form a pancake.
6. Cook on both the sides till golden brown. Apply some oil while cooking.
7. Your jhatpat and healthy pancakes are ready to eat.
