Ingredients
250 gm Bhendi (Ladies
Finger)
3-4 tsp Dhaniya
(Coriander) Powder
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin)
powder
1/2 tsp Haldi
(Turmeric) powder
1/2 tsp Red chilly
powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Method
1. Wash and dry the
Bhendi properly.
2. Now cut the ends
of the Bhendi and slit it from between. If the bhendi size is big cut it into
half first and then slit in between
3. Now in a bowl mix
all the masalas along with the salt.
4. Take a slit bhendi
and fill it with the masala. Do it for all the bhendi
5. Now in pan heat
the oil and put the masala filled bhendi. If any masala is left over sprinkle
it on the bhendis
6. On low flame stir
fry the bhendi. (Dont close the lid otherwise it will become soggy).
7. Let it cook on low
flame for 7-8 min. Stir it in between with smooth hand.
8. Once the Behndi is
cook just stir fry on high flame for half a min.
9. Your Bharwa bhendi
is ready to eat.
