Ingredients
250 gm Rajgira Flour
3 Boiled Potatoes
3-4 Green Chilies
salt to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Ghee for frying parathas
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth dough
2. To roll the dough into parathas you will have to use two thick polythene covers. (You can directly flatten in by hand directly on the pan if you have practice to do so.)
3. Grease the polythene covers with ghee on one side.
4. Now keep a medium size ball in the middle of the on cover and keep the other on top of it and press to flatten it.
5. Now roll it to make a paratha. Dont make it too thin other wise it will stick to the cover.
6. Slowly remove from the cover and fry it on a pan by applying ghee on both sides.
7. Once golden brown on both sides you can remove it. Similarly make parathas out of remaining dough.
8. Server with Dahi.
