Ingredients
1 Cup Maida (Refined Flour)
200 gm Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
60 gm Non Salty Butter
1 Bowl Whipped cream mixed with icing sugar
Fresh fruits (Apple, Oranges, Strawberries etc)
Method
1. In a big bowl, add the condensed milk and butter and mix well.
2. Now sieve the flour baking powder and baking soda together.
3. Mix the flour mixture with the condensed milk and beat together.
4. Now add the vanilla essence and beat the mixture. You can add some water if required.
5. Pour the mixture in a greased and dusted baking vessel.
6. Now bake the cake in a preheated oven for 15 min on 220 degree Celsius and next 15 min on 150 degree Celsius.
7. Once the cake is ready allow it to cool for sometime and then remove from the tin.
8. Once the cake is cooled cut the cake from the center into two circular halves.
9. Now spread half of the whipped cream on one of the halves and then spread the cut fresh fruits.
10. Now place the other half on top of it and press gently.
11. Now spread the remaining cream on the top and side of the cake and decorate it fresh fruits.
12. Now keep this cake in the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs
13. Your fresh fruit cake is ready to serve.
