Ingredients
250 gm Tinda
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder
1/2 tsp Corainder (Dhaniya) powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Amchur (Dry mango) powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
Method
1. Wash and peel the tindas and cut into wedges.
2. In a pan heat some oil and add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
3. Now add the tindas along with the turmeric, red chili, cumin and coriander powder and salt.
4. Saute it well. Sprinkle some water if it is sticking to the base.
5. Let it cook on low flame with lid closed for 7-8 min, till the tindas are done.
6. Now add the amchur powder and mix well.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot rotis
