Paneer and Capsicum





Ingredients
2 Capsicums
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1/2 cup Corn
1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin) seeds
1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric) Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chily powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya (Coriander ) Powder
1/4 tsp Hing
1 Maggi Masala cube
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste

Method
1. Cut all the vegetables in Cubes and keep aside. In a pan heat the oil and add the hing and jeera
2. Now add the Onion cubes and sautee for 1 min.
3. Now add the capsicum and corn and all the masalas.
4. Stir fry the vegetables on high flame for 3-4 min.
5. Once the capsicum is cooked add the tomato cubes and sautee for another min.
6. Your jhatpat Paneer Capsicum is ready to serve

P.S Cook the vegetables on high flame stirring on intervals for better taste. This can be served as a starter also.
