Ingredients
1 Cup Suji (Rawa)
1 Large Apple (Chopped)]
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Ghee
1/4 spoon Cardamon Powder
dry fruits for garnishing
Method
1. In pan dry roast the suji till it turns light golden brown and keep aside
2. Now in the pan take the gee and add the chopped apples.
4. Let them be cooked on a slow flame.
5. Now add the roasted suji and roasted the mixture for another 4-5 min till its colour changes.
6. Now add the water and sugar and mix well.
7. Let the halwa cook for another 3-4 min till all the water is absorbed.
8. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
9. Garnish with dry fruits. Your jhatpat apple halwa is ready to eat...!!!
