Besan ke Pakode ki Sabzi




Ingredients
For Pakodas
1 cup Besan
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For Sabzi
1/2 cup finely chopped Carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped French Beans
1/2 cup finely chopped srping onions 
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1/2 tsp  Haldi (Turmeric) powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder
1 tsp Dhania (Corriander) powder
1/2 tsp Jeera (CUmmin) seeds
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
few Fresh Corrainder leaves

Method
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients of the pakodas and make a smooth paste with water.
2. Heat the oil for frying and make small flat pakodas out of the paste.
3. Once the pakodas turn golden brown remove them and keep aside.
4. Grind the tomatoes, onion along with the ginger garlic paste
5. Now in a pan, heat some oil and add the cumin seeds.
6. Once the seeds crackle, add the tomato onion paste and fry it.
7. Fry the paste for 3-4 min and then add all the chopped vegetables and mix well.
8. Add all the masalas and fyr for 1-2 min.
9. Now add a cup of water and let it cook for 4-5 min till the vegetables are cooked.
10. Now cut the pakodas into two halves and add it to the pan.
11. Cook for another 2-3 min on low flame.
12. Garnish with fresh coriander. Your pakode ki sabzi is ready to serve.
