Ingredients
For Stuffing
1 Cauliflower (Gobi) finely grated
1 Onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin (jeera) seeds
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder
1/2 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Amchur (Dry Mango) powder
1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
For Dough
1 bowl Wheat flour
water for kneading the Flour
salt to taste
Method
1. In a pan take some oil and add the cumin seeds.
2. Once they crackle add the chopped onions and fry for a minute.
3. Now add all the grated Cauliflower along with all the masalas and fry for 3-4 min.
4. Keep aside for cooling.
5. Now knead the wheat flour into a smooth dough using enough water.
6. Divide the dough into 6-7 parts.
7. Roll one part into a round shaped circle (around 5-6 inch diameter) and put the stuffing in between.
8. Bringing all the ends together close the ends and again roll into a round shaped circle (5-6 inch diameter) very carefully.
9. Put this rolled paratha into the hot tawa and cook on both sides till golden brown. Apply some oil on both the sides while cooking it.
10. Your hot Gobi parathas are ready to serve.
