Vegetable and Cheese Sandwich




Ingredients
1/2 cup Spring Onions finely chopped
1/2 cup Carrot (Grated)
1/2 cup Cabbage (Grated)
1/2 cup French Beans finely chopped
1tsp green chillies finely chopped
1/2 cup Spring onions green leaves finely chopped
2 tbsp Chilly Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp Oil/Butter
2-3 Slices of Cheese (Or grated cheese)
6 White/Brown Bread slices
Butter for greasing
Salt to taste

Method
1. In a pan heat some oil/butter and add the spring onions and green chilies and fry for a minute.
2. Now add all the other vegetables and fry for another 2-3 min.
3. Add the chilli and tomato sauce along with salt and mix well.
4. Cook for a minute and close the flame.


5. Now take a slice of bread and apply butter on one side. Keep one full slice or half slice of cheese on it and then spread the vegetable mixture on top of it.
6. Apply butter on other slice of bread and keep it on the top of the mixture.
7. Grill this sandwich in a griller and server hot with tomato ketchup.
8. Your healthy vegetable cheese sandwich is ready to eat..!!!
