Ingredients
1 Onion
200 gms Tofu
1 Red Capsicum
1/2 cup Sweet Corn
1 Tomato
1 Carrot
Few Lettuce Leaves
1 tsp Olive oil
For Seasoning
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper as per taste
Method
1. Cut all the vegetables in cubes.
2. In a pan take some olive oil and add the onion, tofu and red capsicum cubes
3. Sautee for 1-2 min and then add the remaining vegetables and sautee for another 1 min.
4. Now in a salad bowl empty the satueed vegetables and add all the seasoning and toss well.
5. Your jhatpat Tofu salad is ready to eat.
