I am an Airtel loyal customer for the last 14 years now. Right from
the time I got my first mobile I always had an Airtel mobile connection. Not
only this, I have the DTH as well the Broadband connection of Airtel at home.
It is not only easy but very convenient to have all these connections from one
single service provider so that you can easily maintain your account and manage
the bills.
I have been using the airtel mobile website to pay all the
bills. But now airtel has launched its own App “My Airtel” which for the customers
like me is a boon.
My Airtel app has lot of interesting features and is very
easy to use. If I have to pick the best three features then they would be the
faster checkout, Airtel Surprises, and ‘I want to’ feature.
Faster checkout is a feature where you can very securely
save your card details with the app. So every time you pay the bills you don’t have
to remove your card from the wallet and fill in the card details. You just enter the card
details once and save it. Next time when you have to make the payment you have
to just select your card and enter the OTP for your transaction. This is a very
useful feature and saves lot of time.
The next interesting feature is Airtel surprises. Who doesn’t
like to get surprises..? So now with every recharge I can get coupons from
offers and discounts from various merchant. For a person like me who is a heavy
internet shopper I can use these coupons while shopping online and get amazing
discounts. And for my foodie husband there are also coupons from various restaurants. So with every recharge I am ready to get surprised..!!
The next very useful feature is the ‘I want to’ feature.
This feature gives me an option where I can save my most frequent actions on
the homepage itself. As I have the habit of recharging my mobile frequently I have
saved this action on the home page. So I don’t have to browse through different
screens to find this option. Just with a click of a button I am on the recharge
screen and can recharge the mobile I just few seconds. I have saved this option
on my mom’s mobile also so that she can recharge her mobile herself with just
few clicks.
Apart from these there are various other features which are
new and very interesting. Overall the experience of using this app is very
pleasing. So now I can just shake my mobile and browse through various offers
that airtel has for me. Every time I open the app I look for some best deals so
that I can use the services of airtel and save some money as well..!!
