In today's time people have forgotten what being together is. Being together is not just staying a in house and leading individual lives. People have become slaves to the technology that they feel handicapped without it.
You can imagine a scenario where in a room husband, wife and kids are sitting in the room, but no one is bothered to speak to each other. One one hand father is busy working on his laptop, while mother is busy chatting on her smart phone. While the kids are busy in playing with their playstation. To say they all are together and enjoying with the weekend, but are they really together that is a question to be asked...!!
Well togetherness is not just the presence in each others life. But it is sharing beautiful moments with each other, listen to each other, enjoying nature together, getting dirty while playing in the nature and laughing with each other. If I remember my childhood, where there were no mobile phones, Playstations, laptops, etc., Sundays were the days when my dad use to take us to a garden and we all use to play with a ball, frisbee and many other games. Those were the moments that I still cherished. Like I remember how my dad taught me riding a bicycle, playing badminton, tennis and i still remember those small small moments. During those days sitting at home on a holiday was like a punishment. During those days we did not have any malls, gaming zones, etc. For us outing was going to a garden or picnic spots.
But now things have changed a lot. Not going out with a family means going out to a mall or have dinner at some restaurants. Life has become so mechanical. I wish people could know the real meaning of togetherness.
People can understand togetherness only when they are free from the chains of the technology. There should be a place where there is no mobile network, no laptops, no playstations. Families should go to such place and let them free. Nature will teach them the real meaning of family and togetherness. Dads should get an opportunity to play cricket with their kids. Only then they will know the joy when their kids hit their ball for a six. That moment of joy cannot be compared to having a new smartphone. Moms should get an opportunity to do gardening with their kids. The pleasure of teaching kids how to plant and water together cannot be compared to chatting with friends.
Husband and wife should get an opportunity to spend time in the vicinity of the nature. Only then they will realize there is so much to talk and share with each other. When they spent time at home surrounded with all the gadgets, they never get free time to sit and talk with each other.
Hence, to know the real meaning of togetherness, let people go into the nature away from all their gadgets and spend time with each other. It is only then they will realize that just physical presence is not togetherness, but spending beautiful moments with each other and cherishing those moments for a lifetime is the real togetherness.

Sometimes I just need a few our spending alone with myself somewhere at nature. It makes me feel free and comfortable.
