Ingredients
2 Potatoes
1 medium sized Onion
250 gm Cauliflower
1 Tomato
2 Capsicums
200 gm Cabbage
1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric) powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder
1 tsp Dhania (Coriander) powder
1/2 tsp Rai (Mustard) seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin) seeds
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method
1. Cut all the vegetables in length and keep aside
2. In a pan heat the oil and add the cumin rai and jeera seeds and let them crackle
3. Now add the Onions and fry them till golden brown
4. Now add all the vegetables apart from Tomatoes.
5. Add all the masalas and salt and mix well.
6. Let the vegetables cook for 7-8 min on low flame with lid closed till they are fully cooked.
7. Now add the tomatoes and mix well and let it cook for another 2 min.
8. Your jhatpat mix veg is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
