11:32 PM | Publish by Apurva

Ingredients
2 Cup Bajra Atta
1/4 tsp Salt
100 gm Jaggery
2 tbsp Ghee

Method
1. In a bowl add the bajra atta and salt and make a smooth dough of it with help of water.
2. Like we make normal bajra Roti, make rotis out of it.
3. Now Grind the Roti in a Grinder. (Don't grind it very fine)
4. Now heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of water and 100 gm jaggery and let it melt.
5. Once the Jaggery melts add 2 tbsp of Ghee and crushed bajara roti mixture. Mix Well.
6. Let a mixture cool a little and then make ladoos out of it.
7. Keep the ladoos aside for 2-3 hrs set properly.
8. Your Bajara Ladoos are ready to eat now.
