Sweet corn and Capsicum Recipe

Ingredients

2 Capsicums finely sliced
1 Potato finely sliced
1 Onion finely sliced
1 Tomato finely sliced
1 bowl of Sweet corn kernels
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp Sugar
3-4 Tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Oil

Method
1. In a pan heat some oil and add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
2. Now add the sliced potato and Capsicums and mix well.
3. Add all the masalas and let it cook for 2-3 min.
4. Now add the tomatoes and sweet corn and mix well.
5. Let it cook for 4-5 min on low flame with lid closed till the potatoes and fully cooked.
6. Now add the milk and cook for another 1-2 min.
7. Your jhatpat sweet corn and capsicum recipe is ready to eat...!!!
