Mooli and Aloo with Yogurt

Mooli is something which i generally didn't liked much. I would eat it only if my mom used to make a paratha with mooli stuffing. But recently when i ate my Mom made Mooli Aloo with Yogurt sabzi i became a fan of it. It was really awesome. So sharing this recipe with all you guys and hope that you'll like it just like me.


Ingredients
1 Mooli (Raddish) finely diced
2 Potatoes finely diced
1 cup curd
1/2 cup Sev (thick and spicy) 
1/2 tea spoon Haldi powder
1/2 tea spoon Red Chilly powder
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
pinch of Hing powder
1 Table spoon Oil
salt to taste


Method
1. Heat the oil in cooking pan
2. Add the cumin seeds and Hing powder and allow it to splatter.
3. Now add the diced potatoes and cook it for 2-3 min.
4. Once the potatoes are half cooked now add the diced mooli pieces and stir well
5. Now add all the masalas and let it cook for another 3-4 min till both aloo and mooli are cooked properly.
6. Now on a low flame, add the curd and Sev and mix well.
7. Just stir it for half a min and close the flame.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. To make it spicier you can also use some chopped green chilies to garnish.
9. Your jhatpat chatpati mooli and aloo bhaaji is ready to eat.
