Paneer Paratha

11:04 AM | Publish by Apurva

Ingredients

2 cups Wheat flour
200 gms Paneer
1 Medium Onion finely chopped
1/2 Capsicum finely chopped
1/2 tsp Jeera (cumin) seeds
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Oil/Desi Ghee for cooking
Salt to taste

Method
1. In a bowl knead the wheat flour with some water into a soft dough and keep aside
2. Now in another bowl, scramble the paneer and add all the other ingredients and mix well.
3. If you find that your mixture has some water you can add some sev (or any namkeen) or bread crumbs to absorb the water.

4. Now divide the dough into medium size balls.
5. Take a ball and roll it into a small roti. Now fill in 2 tbsp of paneer mixture. Make a bowl like shape and close all the ends.
6. Now again roll slowly taking care that the mixture doesn't come out.
7. In a hot tawa place your paratha and cook on both sides by applying oil/ghee to it until it turns golden brown.
8. Serve hot with chutney, curd or any pickles.
