You make my world my dear kid..!!

8:23 AM | Publish by Apurva

Being a mother is a completely different feeling all together. It is a completely new phase of life that one gets to live.

Having a kid, impacts the life in many different ways. Once upon a time a careless and totally disorganized person, has now turned into a responsible and organized one. My complete attention is only towards the good upbringing of my little kid and keep him healthy. A good health from childhood gives a strong foundation for the complete life.

In the morning when he wakes up and gives a little smile and hug me, it completely brightens my day. In the evening when I come back from office, he runs to the door and hugs me. The pleasure that all these little expressions gives to everyone in our house cannot be compared with any other thing.

Not only the mom, kids impact the atmosphere of the entire family. On the days when my kid becomes cranky due to ill health or upset stomach, everyone in the house becomes tensed. We feel very helpless when his sweet smiles turn into little cries. It seems as if someone is taking way the oxygen from the house. All of us do whatever possible to bring back that smile on this face once again.

For all the family members to be happy, it is very important that my kid remains happy and smiling. To maintain this happiness I take utmost care of the health of my kid as well as the other family members.

I take care about his diet very much. I make sure that he is having milk at least three times a day. As my kid is a very fussy eater, I have to put in lot of efforts to provide him good nutritious meal all the time. I make different porridge adding all the nutritional vegetables and dals in it which has now become my regular diet also (i use to hate it earlier when my mom use to give it to me). He likes it as he doesn’t need to chew it much. In this way I feel satisfied that I am giving good diet to my kid.

Other than diet, it is very important to improve the immunity of the kid. We cannot be always be with them. We do not know what all things they touch and unknowingly eat which may impact their health. I too am constantly worried about this, because once he catches an infection, there would be no other way but to give him antibiotics which I want to avoid.

To improve the immunity of the nowadays many products are available in the market like the chyawanprash. When I read the benefits of giving natural herbs to the kids and how they help to improve the immunity, I starting giving it to my kid. I can really see the impact on my kid’s health.

I constantly try to browse on internet the various things that I can do for the good health of my kid. Earlier I use to spend most of my time chatting with my friends on internet, but now I have started looking for different articles and experiences on parenting during my free time.

Such is the impact of having a kid. The life totally changes, your total life just starts revolving around the kid. You tend to forget about the things that you liked earlier. That one smile on the face of your kid just seems to be the reward of all your sacrifices and efforts.
